When things get tough, hang in there

Hey guys how are you all doing? I had one of the worst days ever on Wednesday!

I went around door to door handing out flyers to promote one of my websites, five and a half hours of walking around is not what I classify as fun. I didn't think it would be that hard!

There were times on my journey that I wanted to give up (after 2 hours and again when the sun went down) but every time I thought about giving up I would remember that I'm doing this for myself, to try and change what I'm doing in my life...

Ok I know you are probably thinking why would I want to change a perfectly good job to hand out flyers... Well the answer is simple I want to work for myself and if that means I need to walk around for 5 hours every week until xmas so be it, cause it's for myself not for anyone else.

You have to be very self motivated to want to start your own business cause when it gets tough there is no one there to hold your hand...

When it gets tough just remember why you are doing it, and hang in there things always get better you just need to climb over the obstacles and you will see the rainbow at the end of the tunnel, stay focused and things will work out.

Well in total I have handed out 2000 flyers and I'm printing another 5000 this weekend, but I think I will get some help by outsourcing some of the work to make it a little bit easier... In total though I want to hand out over 20000 flyers before Christmas so outsourcing some of the work sounds like a good plan to me.

If you can find ways to make it all a little bit easier don't be afraid to use it

Coming up with good ideas to start your own business

Hey what's up everybody? I hope you are all well?

As you all know, I'm trying to start my own online businesses and things are going very well at the moment.

I have finished one website which is all about gift ideas (called "giftsideas.co") which has a variety of different gift ideas for Christmas for the whole family.   This past weekend, I printed flyers which I now need to start handing out this week.  I'm hoping to do that tomorrow afternoon.

My second website is called howtotransformyourself.com and it's all about exercise and getting the body you have always wanted.  The response I have had is quite amazing, with loads of people viewing it and coming back again which is awesome to see...

I have two more great ideas which I have thought of and I will start working on these two very shortly, I wish I could tell you all about these ideas but it's best for me to keep it under wraps for now...

But everything seems to be falling into place at the moment with everything I'm trying to do, I've joined these Meet-ups which is great because I'm learning so much through them, which is helping me even more.

Another Meet up this time a scanners night

Hey what's up everyone? How is everyone doing?

In my previous post I spoke about going to a "Meet up" meeting.  Last night I went to my second Meet up and this one was called a Scanners night: Idea storming.

It is hosted by John Williams who is the founder of Scanners night and bestselling author of "Screw work let's play".

Their introduction to the evening goes something like this "Scanners nights, your chance to immerse yourself in a room full of friendly like-minded people who are excited about writing books, building blogs, launching businesses, starting their own event, using social media to promote their art, and making their escape from the 9-5. Join us"

I must admit that at first it wasn't quite what I was expecting but by the end of the evening I walked away quite excited and had definitely learnt something new.

Instead of teaching us all the things they said they were (which would have taken ages!) going too, what they did do was show us quite a few websites that are there for everyone to use which will change what they are doing in their life if you want too...

So for instance if you want to publish your own book then there are two great websites to check out.  The first one is called http://www.lulu.com which is a self publishing book printing solutions company that does books, eBooks, photo books this is great for people trying to write and publish their own books, other people can then buy what you have written that's if you want them too...

Another website for publishing a book is called http://www.blurb.com

Something else they spoke about was a website called http://www.blogtalkradia.com which is a Internet radio station website where you can create an online radio show, blog talk radio. It's the largest Internet radio network. By just using your phone and a computer you can broadcast your own Internet radio show from anywhere and share it which everyone, this is great because you can add a widget to your blog and people can access it from there too.

The next website was great it's called http://www.qik.com there you can record and share live video from your mobile phone, what you do is download an App for your phone. You can then send a live video feed that can then be sent live to friends and family you can automatically post it to social media networks or broadcast to your own blog and video sharing sites.

Another site that is pretty much the same is http://www.livestream.com

The next website was called http://www.kickstarter.com which is great for people who are looking for funding to start their own projects and need funding to do it.  What you do is write down what you want to do and how much money you need to complete your project, if people like your idea then they sponsor you.

We then got to hear from other people that were there and got to share our ideas and see if we could help them with their ideas and to see if anyone could help us on our projects...

I walked away from the evening really bubbly and excited to try and put my ideas into practice.

I am already trying to find the next Meet up to attend, I can't wait!!

Meet ups with the huffington post

Hey what's up everyone?

So in one of my pervious blog posts I spoke about podcasts and how much I've been listening to them lately? I have found that the information that I've taken away from just listening to these podcasts is great.

The one podcast I have listened to is called Internet business mastery and as you all know by now I'm trying to start my own online business, because of listening to those podcasts... They talk quite a bit about meet-ups and how you should go to these meet-ups.

Well last night I went to my first meet-up with Beata and all it is, is meeting up with like minded people to talk and learn about what you are passionate about and let me tell you there were loads of people there.

One of the things I'm passionate about is blogging...

Blogging for me has become about telling my story and letting everyone know what's going on in my life at the moment, well this blog is all about that... So anyway we went to this meet-up last night and the huffington post were the guests speakers there.

The huffington post is sort of like a newspaper, they talk about politics, news and everything else that is going on... but the way they work is by getting bloggers to write there stories, the huffington post reads these stories and uses them as the content on their website...

Because they have millions of people reading their stories every month, the stories that you are writing then get seen and read by a wider audience of people, which is great.

Why post your blog there you might be asking? Well the traffic this will generate to your own blog will be amazing, it's basically getting free advertising for your blog...

What do the huffington post get out of it? Well they are getting free editors to write their stories for them, a win win situation really.

And as for myself I'm already looking for my next meet-up online, I think there is a photography one on Sunday I might give it a go and see how that turns out, I think it could be quite fun..

Finding that special someone to share it all with

So it's Monday morning and I'm on my way to work, with my girlfriend we have started traveling together since she got her new job.

Yesterday we had one of my old house mates move back into my spare room, things aren't going to well for her and her husband, they have been told to move out of the house they were renting.

It was supposed to be a special time in there lives, moving into there own place being able to spend time together, but since they moved they have always had people living with them, the type of people that don't help out with money for rent, food etc

So now he is living with a family member and she is living with us, it makes you wonder where it all went wrong for them, cause they were so in love when they first got together, and now it has all changed for them, they fight all the time... You know how it is when it's not working, your lives are a mess.

So what I'm wondering sitting here on this train this morning is... Does it all come to a end or do you find solutions to the problems, is there a special person out there for everyone?

I think so and I'm glad I've find her...

Do you want to do something interesting with your life? Are you stuck in a job you don't enjoy?

Well that's me I want to do something more interesting with my life and I'm stuck in a job I do not like...

But I'm trying to change all of that.. I've started two websites one is about gym, and the other one is about gift ideas for Xmas, I'm doing this because I'm stuck in a job I don't enjoy anymore...

So I've decided to take matters into my own hands, find something you are passionate about, I'm passionate about helping people so that's why I've started these websites up, to help people either with trying to get fit and by helping people make Xmas shopping easier...

What are you passionate about... Try doing something that makes you happy, you never know you might find that you land up helping someone else in process

Going on a photography course

So it's Sunday morning, I've gotten up early this morning because my girlfriend and I are on our way to go on our photography course.

We booked this through Groupon... So I'm not 100% sure what it's going to be like, but hopefully it teaches us quite a bit, because we both have DSLR's and we don't know half us much about them us we should...

It's actually quite a nice sunny day in London today so we are very lucky on the front... Because the weather hasn't be that good lately...

Anyway I'm not sure what you guys have planned for today but have a smashing day guys and girls.

Building up your network

So as you all know I'm trying to start my own online business, to do this you need to be able to build up your network of people...

So last night I was told about this cool site called "Top Linkedin" it helps you build up your social media networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc

This site offers you a free linkedin network the other sites you have to pay a monthly fee to build up the other social media sites...

I joined up and sent out the Linkedin connections and the response I have had is amazing I have quadrupled my connections.

This site is great and I'm glad I found it, it has helped me reach a wider audience and that is good for anyone starting up a online business, it can do nothing but help my long term plans..

Life is full of roads... Have you picked the right one?

As I'm sitting here at work on a chilly Saturday morning, I'm wondering if I've picked the right road that my life has gone down...

I've been living in London now for almost 11 years, wow when I say that it's sounds crazy cause I first intended on coming here only for 2 years! During that time I've had 2 jobs, the one I'm in currently I've been doing for almost 10 years now... It's taught me a lot though

Because of this job it gave me the courage to install my bathroom myself ( it was a lot of work) but without the skills I learnt I wouldn't of done it myself.

Going back now when I left school I studied web design I moved to London but because I didn't have any experience I couldn't find a job, so I did whatever I needed to do to earn money.

Fast forward now and I'm still working in the same job ( sad I know ) but I'm now doing web design stuff for myself but because I have a full time job I find it hard to find time and still try to have a life.

So as I'm sitting here writing this blog post I sit and wonder if I have chosen the correct paths in life, or was I just living my life blindly...

Twitter test successful

Hey what's up everyone? I hope your week is going well?

So awhile ago I wanted to do a test about if you could find a job using social media... My girlfriend was my test subject, she had been searching for a job for 2 and a half months and had two interviews during that time.

So I told her to only use twitter I was convinced she would find a job using twitter..

On her first day she had one phone call back almost straight away, by the second day she had two interviews, by the third day she had two more phone calls and a second interview, by the fourth day she had gone to all her interviews and had another phone call...

On day 5 she had a job and still people were calling her for more interviews... Unbelievable I know but all the faith I had in social media and using twitter to find a job paid off!

Now she start next week and she can't wait, cause one of the things she will be doing is helping the company with their development of their social media platform!!

So if you are looking for a new job my advice is try twitter first I think you will be very happy with the results...

Setting goals and climbing over obstacles

Morning everyone... So as you know I'm trying to start up my own online business and last night I had a break through...

I was getting quite worried that I wouldn't be able to achieve the goals I had to to make my website work, yesterday I had been stressing out all day about it.

But last night I went straight home instead of going to the gym, cause I really had to find a solution to my problem, after playing around quite a bit I found the solution, I was so excited about it, I was like a little kid in a sweet store!!

Just like in life we face problems, set your goals and find the solution to the problems, every problem can be solved you just need to find the way...

I have a song stuck in my head but I'm not sure who signs it but it goes "can't stop me now, can't stop me now cause I'm having a good time" and that is exactly how I feel today!!

Doing tests

Morning everyone...

So I'm on twitter now and I'm trying to build up my following, when I try something new I do a little test about it.

I make a note about it try it out for awhile, then I try something different to see what the outcome is, I then see what works better and use that for awhile, I've tried everything that I can think of at the moment

When I think of something new I try that out too and see what worked the best for me, life is the same you should always be testing yourself to see what works for you, not everything will work for you... You do a test and make some notes

Everyone wants to do better in life and doing small tests along the way could help you achieve your goals, some results will be good for others may not be so good for you, but it's your life find out what works for you...

Mission successful

Hey morning everyone...

So as you know I've been trying to make some videos so that I could load them by to my YouTube channel then import them to my website that I'm starting up.

So yesterday was the day I had planned out for this, so I went during work, I managed to film for almost two hours, I got quite a bit done (still loads more to do though) enough for me to start editing them today.

The editing is going to take me the whole day ( I want to make sure my videos are perfect) then I will be uploading them to my YouTube channel which I will then link to my website.

So you guys don't have to wait that much longer... I should be launching my website really soon I can't wait to hear what everyone thinks..

Job hunting? Use Twitter

Hi good morning everyone!

So in my social media test I spoke about before you all know that I started a test in this test I'm using my girlfriend..

She is trying to look for a job and has now started using social media to look for that job, believe it or not but Twitter is a great place to start, when you search through Twitter you get all the latest job ads and they are all up to date.

She is now finding it so much easier than before, because instead of going to various different agencies to have a look at there website than moving onto the next website, she just searches on Twitter and BAM they are all there, nice and neat with all the details you need.

She has been so impressed, so much so that this has become her primary tool now...

The way twitter has changed the way social media can be used is amazing so if you are looking for a job or looking for anything, I think you will find it throughout social media.

So give it ago and see where you land up

Different ways to use social media

Well if you have read my previous blog post called social media then you will know I've started a test to see of my girlfriend can find a job using social media.

Other things you can do with social media is start a blog, which you are reading now...

Then there is advertising and that seems to be a big part of social media right now, everyone seems to be using social media to advertise from big companies all the way to the normal everyday guy on the street...

And it's working! If it wasn't working people wouldn't be doing it, now would they?

If you are trying to sell a product but don't have the money to pay for advertising then give social media a go, I have a funny feeling you won't be disappointed...

Just another day in dodge

So another day has started and I'm at work (at my normal 9-5) I have come up with another good niche which I really need time and help with, but I'm stuck at work doing something I'm not passionate about at all

Don't get me wrong I used to enjoy my job, the things I have learnt over the years has really given me the confidence to do the things that most people would normally just pay someone else to do...

But now I have realized it's time to move onwards and upwards and try something new that could change my life, having a day job slows me down so much and some people don't help neither...

But if you want something bad enough you need to find away around all those obstacles and do what makes you happy because it's only yourself that can change how your life ends up...

Social media

So today is a victory for the tech guys! I have been trying to convince my girlfriend to join Twitter and Google+ so tonight she finally joined both of them

She has been looking for a job for awhile now and I want to see if social media can help her get a new job, it's a interesting test and I'm sure it will be very good for everyone to if this works.

Social media is in everything we do and it's how people interact now so this will be a new step in the social media band wagon cause if this works then I can see everyone trying this in the future...

So let the test begin...

Quitting your 9-5 job

So my goal is to be able to quit my 9-5 job and start my own online business, I'm in the process of starting up my blog again ( as you know because you are busy reading it right now ) and I've got my first website which is almost ready to launch.

I've also got an idea for my next website which will be the one I'm hoping will be the one that changes my life... Starting up your own online business is not expensive all you have to pay out is £10 a year for your domain name and about £4/month for hosting

Getting your niche is totally up to you and what you are passionate about, I have two good ideas that I want to process with...

The only problem I have is finding the time to do my normal day job then finding time at home to work on my website. But as I always say "if you want something bad enough go and get it" and thats what I'm trying to do.

When life knocks you down, its about how you get up that counts..

Sometimes not everything you want to do in life is that easy, there will be obstacles that will get in your way but if it's something you really want to do then take a step back and try and find another way around..

As most of you know by now I really needed to make some videos this weekend so that I could put them on my website I'm starting up, unfortunately for me I wasn't able to do that this weekend, but I have taken all the equipment with me to work so that if there is a moment during the week that I can film even just one or two videos I am prepared for that.

What I suppose I'm trying to say is if there is something in your life you really want to do than don't give up when something doesn't workout the first time, keep trying and don't give up it will all workout in the end...

You just have to believe in yourself and never give up...

Mission unsuccessful!!

Well as you all know by now I wanted to do my videos for my website today, I went to to go and see if I could start but my nemesis (the little scottish fellow) is at work today, he is the guy who told me I wasn't aloud to film!

I can't believe it I thought today was going to be the day I got most of it done... Oh well what I'm going to have to do now is edit the 3-4 clips I already have and use them for now, then just update them when I can.

It's not really what I had planned but it could help me in a way, by adding a few new videos every now and then it will keep updating my website with new content... Let's just hope I can add more at a later date...

Anyways I'm going to go home now so that I can work on what I have already..

Today is the day...

Morning what's up everybody? So I'm on my way to work on this chilly Sunday morning... Work on a Sunday I know that's quite sad!

But today is quite a big day for me, I will be shooting the videos I need so that I can add it to my website I'm creating, hopefully the stupid little Scottish guy that works at my gym is not there today so that I can get loads of filming done...

Getting these videos done today would be amazing cause then that will put me one step closer to opening my online business, which is my goal it's time for a big change in my life I don't want the normal 9-5 working for someone else anymore, I can't do it without all your guys and girls help so please register on this blog either on the top left corner or on the right hand side where it says join this site...

Just another day in London

So for anybody that read last nights blog post sorry if it came across a bit strong it had been a long day... But thanks for reading it!

So I got up really early this morning I wish I had taken a photo of the cool sunrise this morning because the sky was alive with colors... Well I made it to work in time to watch South Africa win today!

I've finished what I needed to do today and I'm on my way home now, but I can't sit around I need to work on my website today and I need to make sure the my camcorder is fully charged for the videos I need to make tomorrow, so that I can edit them and upload them to my YouTube channel so that I can link them to my site...

At least I have some time to work on my site today, cause the sooner I can go online the better.

My life is really sad at the moment!!

So I am finally on my home from work... It's 21:30 and I've just finished work I've done almost 14 hours I just missed my train and I'm sitting on the platform having my warm chicken salad, warm you may ask and I will tell you I should have put it in the dam fridge!!

What's going on in my life I'm 30 years old living in London the so called party capital but no I'm not out on a Friday night like most people my age or even younger I've been at work all evening... The worst part about it is I have to go to work in the morning, I start at 8o'clock but I want to be there at 7o'clock (listen how sad that sounds - "I want to be there") ok I want to be there at 7 because South Africa is playing rugby at 7...

Where did it all go wrong I sitting here asking myself, I ask myself is it worth writing my blog on my way home? Is anyone reading the crap I'm writing? So many questions I wish I had the answers too...

Oh well if you are reading this I hope your life is better than mine, I really need more time so I can work on my website I'm trying to make, time wow that word means nothing to me at the moment, but I really need to find some time, work on my website so that I can start working for myself or do something more fun with my life...

Losing stuff...

I hate it when you are trying to find something but you can't... Yesterday I started writing blog post down on a exam pad so that I could remember what I wanted to say, this morning I woke up thinking why do things twice? So I thought I would try find my iPad so I could just write it all down there and then send it to myself.

I looked everywhere for it but couldn't find it, it's the same problem I know everyone has had at some stage in there lives... You need something important and you look everywhere... It's always in the last place you would expect it to be!

Well I'm on my way to work now and I'm now typing this blog post on my phone, it's not exactly the master plan I had in mind when I woke up but it will do for today until I can find it later when I get home...

Well I hope everyone has had a better start to the day then I have had...

Finding time...

So it’s my second week back from my holiday and I have been working every day since I came back, it hasn’t left me much time to update my blog or work too much on my website.

I was supposed to make the videos for my website last week Thursday and Friday I had set everything up I made about 4 useable clips when this Scottish guy walked in and told me I couldn’t be there even though I had got permission from loads of other people, he told me I couldn’t film in the gym (even though I was in a studio by myself) I told him I had permission he wasn’t haven’t it, even though I was filming myself and no one else.

So now I have had to change my plan and I had to wait over a week now so that I can film on Sunday when the gym is empty, so hopefully I will be able to film and edit my videos on Sunday

So hopefully if all goes well I should have my website up and running early next week

Sorry about the wait guys…

Sometimes its hard doing the thing's you want to do!

So I got back from my holiday in Poland on Monday, I was back at work on Tuesday and it’s been so busy at work at I haven’t had any time to do any of things I really need to do, like work on my new website and to carry on writing my blog, but don’t worry I won’t leave you guys in the lurch again

So as I said I’m working on my website its almost done I just need to do some videos for one page post the to YouTube and then link them to my site, and next week I hope to have a meeting with Gavin that runs the Ultimate Boot camp and link some of his stuff to my page in the hope that he links my page to his…

Other than that it’s all looking good to hopefully be up and running by the weekend or earliest next week I can’t wait to show everyone what I’ve been working on! As I said though it’s just hard finding the time, because I work a full day at work then go to the gym for 2 hours I normally get home about 19:30 and that’s when I can’t start doing what I really need to do, so that I can feel like my life isn’t just about work sometimes!!

Make or break!!

When you start something new make sure you do the best job you can… as I’ve said already I’m working on a new website that is almost ready to go online! When you start something new make sure that you do it probably cause otherwise don’t even do it cause if you want people to follow it, it has to be good otherwise it won’t work.

If you need help don’t be afraid to ask for it either there are people out there that know what they are doing and that can help you I’ve been lucky enough to get help and without IDSWebDesign I don’t think I would’ve finished in time so a big shout out goes to them for their help, even though they are really busy!

I can’t wait to show everyone what I’ve been working on this is going to be a big new step in my life and I’m glad I’ve finally decided to take this step… It is make or break time in my life and I don’t break easily!!

Getting help when you need it

So I’m on holiday and while I’ve been on holiday I have tried to get a website up and running cause I know that when I get back to London it’s not so easy to do everything you need to do with work commitments, but I’m so happy the people at IDSWebDesign have been giving me a hand even though I know that are really busy with their own work and my work came up last minute for them..

I just want to thank them for their work I was up with one of them on Skype until 2:30 am working on my site that’s how dedicated they are! So if anyone anywhere is looking for an excellent Web Company with excellent rates contact them you will not go wrong they will work on your site till they get it right!

Without their help it would’ve taken me a lot longer than I thought it would!!

Everyone should try this!

As I have said in my last couple of blog posts I have been listen to a lot of podcasts on my way to work and at work, they talk a lot but your own business and one of the things the talk about is Affiliate Programs…

There are so many of these companies online that you have use to add to your website, blog etc  that when some is on your site and chick on an Affiliate that you have place on your site, they get redirected to that companies site if they then buy something from that site you then get PAID!! Yes you get paid!!

I have found about a dozen of these companies online already and I’ve read that there are hundreds of them out there so what are you waiting for… If you’re bored with your job and want to try something new this book will really help you out to learn what I’m talking about and before you know it we all can be doing our own thing… That’s unless you like working for a boss your whole life, I know I don’t want too

Can't teach an old dog new tricks?

As the saying goes “you can’t teach an old an old dog new tricks” well I’m not old… Well I’m 30 now soon to be 31 wow when I say 31 it sure does make me think I’ getting old but you are only as old as you feel.

Well as the saying goes you’re never too old to learn something new and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing the last few weeks and do you know something I feel so much more alive now then I have for quite a long time now which is great

Changing what you do with your life has nothing to do with anyone else except you, you make your lives decision’s if you want to stay in the same job where you are comfortable that is your choice if you want to do the same boring things all the time that is your choice, but if you want to do more interesting thing’s with your life that is your choice too…

So what I’m trying to say is I’ve woken up… ARE YOU?

Getting busy being busy!!

Living in London has been enjoyable, although i must say that if you don’t move forward you get left behind.  It’s a fast pace life and you soon find yourself falling behind if you don’t get yourself moving forward...
It's good to try new things and take a chance in life, that is what i have always believed but sometimes you just need a kick up the ass to move forward

I have been listening to a lot of podcast's on my way to work everyday.  I used to listen to music until someone told me that you don’t learn anything listening to music, and suggested that I listen to podcast's... It's so true what i have learnt in the last 2 weeks has been amazing!! And that is the reason i have decided to get busy doing some of the things i have learnt, because if other people can do it, why can't I?  What makes them any different to me!!

Started Snowboarding

I should've written this in an earlier post... sorry guys. I've started snowboarding i've been doing it now for 2 years, well this December will be my 3rd year, it's one of the things I look forward to every year to get away from everything, grab my board and hit the slopes it's amazing(cold but amazing).

The first year was hard trying to learn how it all works how to cut the snow(how to fall....) ha ha that isn't the fun part cause when you fall you fall hard...

The second year was better we stayed in the same area and went to the same slope so you get used to the way the mountain falls, you learn when to turn you realize how fast the slope is and you generally have more fun, you need to be pretty fit tho to snowboard cause you use muscle's you dont realize you have until you spend 3 hours snowboarding in the morning and another couple in the evening, the next day wow lets just say you know you have been doing some extreme exercise but it's the most fun..

Anyone that hasn't tried it really should go and try snowboarding, i promise you will love it!!!

Starting my new life...

So as you now know i want to start doing something different with my life, im busy again with my blog that you guys are busy reading but i also want to start webdesign.

I woke up this morning and im playing around with my new weblog which is howtotransformyourself.com and i've also got a new domain name for a new site i'm working on, but i will give you guys that info at a later stage once i have added some content there for everyone to see.

I think that my life is taking a turn and i want you all to be there with me on this journey which im going to be taking..

It's a fun time in my life its always good to do different things with your life and im really looking forward to be starting something better(then doing the same boring job). Trying to find time is going to be hard cause not only do i do a full time job, but i also go to the gym to do my other project of howtotransformyourself.com then i have to go home and work on my blog's and websites...

Photography

So by now you know i have finished my 8 week challenge at Virgin Active and im now in Poland on holiday the weather has been great, i'm glad i've had time to recharge my batteries and i'm glad that i have found some time to update my blog.

We came to Poland for a birthday party which turned out not to be so cool cause there was a fight, wait what im i saying which party have you ever gone to that there wasn't a fight? Ok this fight involved me... Let's just say it was very one sided... haha ok wait i shouldn't joke..

We bought the girl whose party it was got a very nice snap and shoot camera, its fantastic i took over 200 photo's and the quaity is great i recommend it to everyone that asks me now about what they should try and get as good camera..

Anyway im here in Poland for a week still and will see if she will let me use her camera to take some more photo's while i'm still here, i might even put some up here for you guys to have a look at..

How things change in life

Well first of all i would like to say sorry to everyone that was following my blog and to everyone that has read my blog and was waiting for the next installment..

Things sure do change all my friend's have all gone home now, im engaged to a Polish girl im still in the same job which is not cool at all but im trying to change the job front by doing my own thing now, i dont want to work for anyone anymore...

So let me get started...

8 weeks ago i started a challenge at my gym Virgin Active i worked really hard on trying to win, when i started i was 94kgs when i finished the challenge i weighted 85kgs which was great, im still overweight according to the BMI chart..

So my new goal is to see how long it will take to get the body you see in the Men's Health Magazine, so i started a new website(with blog) its still a work in progress as ive just started and need to add my eating program, exercise program and video's so you can follow a long.
